is there any truth to this? i called wheelfire and they said they would, but they called tsw directly and they said don't do it unless your using a spacer. Can anyone confirm this? i know a couple of members here that have them, but i'm curious is they used spacers or not.

ok so member (Nasty188) has a set of Jaramas and they fit by a hair he says. Questions though, he has an 08 type-s, and mine is a 05 manual. Do both cars have the same brakes up front with the same amount of space to give or take?

All TL's with factory Brembo's are the same (04-06 manual, 07-08 Type-S).

they (tsw) just said the can't guarantee a 100% fitment, since nasty188 wdp is an 08 type-s and they clear, it looks like i'm going to go ahead and place an order. Just wanted to make sure before i spend 2k on rims and tires just to have them stacked in the corner of my garage taking up space

Of course they said that...they haven't put them on a car that's exactly like yours, so they cover themselves by saying that...keeps them from having to take back the wheels because they guaranteed fitment but they didn't fit. If they fit on one TL with Brembo's, they'll fit on another.

Also, I don't know why they'd sit even if they didn't fit...just get a set of spacers.

What about the TSW Nogaro 18 x 8 ... it has a deeper lip too .. 2" v/s 1 1/4" and close to the same look.

I called TSW today about the 18 x 9 which has a 2 3/4" lip and a +35 MM offset but they said they would rub ..

I wonder if the 35 offset would clear your brakes?

Or sell 'em in the Black Market. Lots of guys turn over wheels lickety-split in the Black Market.
