TSW Donington Rims

I need everyones opionions. I just sold my 19" rims, they were black ron jon inspyres. I loved them a ton and even actually didnt mind the ride quality being sacrificed. The reason i got rid of them is because with all of the driving I will be doing starting in the fall with work/school, it wouldnt be economical to put miles on 19" tires and replace them that often.

SO, I was thinking of moving to an 18" rim. I have pretty much narrowed down my choice to the TSW Donington rim. Its a multispoke rim, but fitment is my main question. I was thinking a staggered setup. I am not planning on lowering and really dont want to have to deal with a camber kit/rolled fenders. with that being said, how would a set up with 18-8 +42 in the front, and 18-9.5 +40 in the back be? Will the back be cutting it too close/look funny since I wont be lowered? Shoudl I do 18-8 all around and add a spacer in the back?

Everyone always says if you go with 19's that you need to get it lowered to look right. to be honest, I liked the look of my car niot lowerred on 19's. Keep that in mind when answering. I plan on going with a performance 245/40/R18 tire (Probably Hankook evo 12).

Second question is on styling. I think the Matte Black would look great, after seeing the rim on numerous BMWs when searching. I wasnt able to see them on an Acura when I searched, if you can find a picture of them, that would be great!

Any comments/ideas would be very helpful. Lastly, buy a combo deal with the tires/rims, or buy them seperatley? Would I really save alot more if I went with the combo deal?

Thanks!

TSW Nurburgring's are much better looking but have a similar style to those.

definitely would stagger though.

BINGO! Took the words out of my mouth. I actually test fit these on my car when I was deciding on which wheels to get and the spokes are simply too thick and it just didn't look right. Obviously I didn't end up going with those. Wish I took pics...that would've helped you out. Somebody out there probably has 'em on a TL.

I think ur car will look higher than it actually is with those beefy 245/40 tires

If you get a SLIGHT drop (with springs) you wont have to worry about rubbing
