Truhart/Tein or Tein

I'm going to replace the F&F coilovers that are on my TL. Already replaced one blown shock and at least 2 of the others are leaking.

I'm considering Truhart Sport shocks, which are advertised as being for lowered cars with a shorter length, and Tein S.Tech springs. ($361 for both shipped)

Tein Coilovers.
Basis ($545 shipped)
Street Advance ($619 shipped)

I'm not really that worried about going lower than the S-Tech springs can go, the only concern is how long the shocks will last.

I just spent a ton replacing the axles, motor mounts, and other basic maintenance, so the cheaper option is enticing.

Any advice?
