TPM after wheel change

I am thinking of changing the wheels on my 06' TL. Does anyone know if the TPM system is disabled after new wheels are put on? If so, what will it show in dash?

Just transfer them to the new rims before installing tires.

The yellow triangle (with the center '!') will show on the dash if the TPMS sensors are off the car.
