Toe adjustment control arm?

So in the process of getting an alignment done, the guy at the shop told me that the toe adjustment for my right rear wheel is seized. From what i understand, rear toe is adjusted by turning a bolt which moves the control arm. The bolt is seized and needs to be cut out and replaced.

I was also told that the bushing of the control arm will also need to be replaced along with the bolt, and that i will have to buy a new control arm as they might not sell just the bushing.

So my questions are:

1) What is the part number of the bolt?
2) Part number of bushing (if it can be replaced on its own)?
3) If not, what is the parts number of the control arm that i need to replace?
4) Will getting a rear camber kit solve my problem? but i assume its a different control arm.

I will probably take the part number to the dealer and have them order it. Or are there cheaper places for these parts?

I hope i make sense as i know im being very vague. Any help would be appreciated

I don't see any bushings listed seperately for the control arm:

52387-SDA-A00 BOLT, RR. CONTROL ARM ADJUSTING 7.45 5.59

52360-SEP-A01 ARM, RR. CONTROL 75.97 56.98

If its the toe that is out that's all that needs to be corrected. The arm is for 04-08, the bolt 05-08.
