TLS moving to 19" wheels, ride difference?

Couldn't do a search on 19, so I hope everyone doesn't mind this question. Was wondering what the ride difference is like moving from the stock TLS wheels to 19x8 rims with 235/35? I think I found a set that I really like, but I'm not sure what to expect when they're on. The offset's right (+50) so hopefully no rubbing. But can anyone tell me what differences they noticed, if any, when they moved up to 19"s?

probably stiffer ride due to the much smaller, stiffer sidewall and possibly somewhat slower acceleration because of the bigger diameter (and added weight).

No, definitely stiffer ride and loss of horsepower. Why do the planet's highest performance cars (F1) use 13" wheels? Can you say rotational inertia?

rotational inertia! woOt what do i win for saying it.

I heard 16's or 17's were optimum for most cars, shorting braking distances, balanced with decent acceleration. Mid of the road no trade-off's kinda wheel.

it going to depend on the roads your drive on, i guess be ready to be worried everytime you hit a bump, those reflectors on the middle of the road, get ready to really hate those, steering on some uneven roads is going to be tough as the car will take a mind of its own, road noise it mostly depends on the roads you drive on...hope this helps...

I would never even consider 19s in NJ. Our roads suck.

you didn't mention anything about lowering it... I have that same sit up 19" 235/35/19 with 50mm offset. But YOU HAVE TO LOWER IT... AND yes, it will stiffen up even more.... so make sure that's what you want... (I also have a TL-S)
