Tires making a rubbing noise? suggestions?

Over the summer I bought some used type s rims and tires on the black market on this site. Idk why I havent posted this earlier just havent got to it. But I notice since I put these different tires on, when I make a sharp, slow turn (like a 3 point turn, or when I pull into my drive way) my tires make like a rubbing type noise. Sounds like theyre coming from the front tires. Does anyone have any ideas of what it could be? The condition of the tires are fine.

^you need to look and find where the contact is happening.

you will be able to tell where its rubbing, because of worn paint or rubber stuck in the fender. Think of CSI.

what size tires are they?

they are P245/45 R17, seem to ride a bit softer then the stock tires. I love them

This noise might be the plastic liner under the hood in each side right on top the tire u just have to check if u have any lose clips that allowed the cover to lowered little bit an also check if u experience this noise while you back up check that first u should have marks on the plastic cover from the tire rubbing ,,,,
