I just bought a set of used aspec rims.. i got them for a really good price. 440 for rims only here are pics

slightly curbed, but its ok.

anyways, i dont know what i should put on these. somthing that doesnt cost too much but would be good performance tires i'd be happy with living here in the bay area. i'm thinking of 235/35/18 to give it a nice look. But what kind of tires?

 

i think the standard tire size for the Aspec wheels is 235/40/18.

 

would it matter if i got 35 instead of 40? the wheel would only be thinner right. i like that look. what are some good tires for the price though?

 

I just put Michelin Pilot Sport A/S in my 07 Type S. I went up one size on the tires to 245/40/18. They look much better than the 235/40/18. So far they have been great.

 

I have P Zero Neros M&S on my Aspecs, correct tire size. Got them from Tire Rack for $168 each. I love them. Though they do trammel on some rough payments. I love them in the rain.

 

Interesting...any pics? Does it protect the side of the rims any more at all in comparison to the 235's?

 

245-35-40 nitto's, or falken, or hankook all reasonable and inexpensive or maybe toyo's.

 

putting some 235/35/18 on the aspecs wouldnt matter right? does anyone have any pics? thanks
