Tire tread wear
2004 TL autom. with standard rims, oem tires replaced with Mich Pilot Sport A/S 285/45/17. Severe tread wear on INSIDE edges of front (rotated regular). Down to cords @22K. I've had alignment done at both Acura dealer and independant specialist, and both say it's at Acura specs. Try to keep pressure @ 32psi, but seems to go down over time (no leaks detected). . Alignment shop suspects the TL suspension is hard on tires. Anyone had similar experience with the TL's?

TL is finicky with it's alignment. if the toe is not set to zero at all corners...your tires will wear VERY quickly.
as far as front camber and inside tire wear as you experienced...are you dropped or stock suspension? most people have rear inner tire wear but nothing direly excessive since the TL is naturally cambered in the rear (add a load to the car and it exacerbates the camber). i know there was an issue with the excessive inner tire wear TSB for the 04's and early 05's (i can't recall the details of the TSB, i thnk it had something to do with bump stops or the crappy OEM tires).
also tire pressure can rise and fall with temperature outside.

I am sure you didnt mean 285's correct? do you have heavy stuff in the trunk typically? That can throw the toe out and the rear tire inner edge will suffer. It may be within spec, but your gonna want that toe as close to 0 as possible. post your alignment sheet.

As stated previously, if you have the alignment sheet, post the final specs. The tires should wear evenly and the rear should have toe set at zero, no negative, fronts not so critical depending on the setting. Just a quick test, rub the palm of your hand back and forth around the circumferance of the worn tire, raised/rough edge, toe, smooth, camber.
We have an '04 A/T and the Yoko's have about 36k miles with still a lot of tread remaining while wearing perfectly across the tread.

Sorry, meant 235. Hand test = rough. Don't have most recent Align sheet, since technician said was per spec so did not need full alignment. Maybe that was a mistake. Thanks for input.

Alignment at 60K. current - 82K
Front toe left . -0.06 Right -0.05
Front Camber left . 3.0 Right 3.2
Rear toe left. 0.02 Right -0.07
Rear Camber left -0.8 Right -1.6
2 tires worse than other 2, but since have been rotating (about 6 K), not sure where wear is occuring. Cords showing @ edge on one, (with 4/32 tread in center) after 25K miles.
Thanks for help
