tire size

tire size

i just got new wheels axis penta 19x8.5 what size tire do i go with 235/35/19 or 225/35/19 im planing on lowering the car please let me know what size i need to run with.

I think 235 will work, but it will stretch. 245 is better for 8.5, IMO.

+1 on the 245/35/19..........this will give you a more aggressive stance.
For an 8.5" rim, you might even consider the 255/35/19.............

I just ordered Falken FK-452s in 245/45/17 for my Type S.

most people recommend 235/35/19.. and thats what i usually use

but 245 is a little wider (10mm to be exact).. and it will still fit, even if you are lowered

235's shud be good. 225 MIGHT be better for lowering though

umm im sure 245 would look good and im sure it would be a nicer ride i just dont want to rub if i lower it.
