It all depends on how low you wanna go. How thick of a profile you like. Do you like the stretched look? You have to take all these things into consideration when choosing the proper tire size. Let me know some of these things and i will let you know what you will need.

the biggest thing I am worried about it ride quality so probably a little bit thicker, i'm not gonna lower it ever so that gives me a little more room

p.s. how do you think those wheels will look on an anthracite TL, with windows, headlights, side markers, and tailights blacked out?

245/35/19 Front
255/35/19 Rear

In my experience.... You WILL have to ROLL your REAR FENDERS to make the 9.5 inch width with +35mm offset work with no rubbing...

Why would you put a larger tire/wheel on the rear of a front wheel drive car?
IMO you could end up with some very unfavorable handling characteristics.

I am running:
19x8.5 +30 offset at 235-35-19 on the front
19x9.5 +38 offset at 275-30-19 on the rear

I had about 3/4" gap all around and it did not rub. But I roll the fender because just in case if I have passenger on the back seat.

Now I lowered the car with no finger gap all around via using Tein SS coilover and it is starting to rub on dips. So I had the setting at the hardest to minimize the rubbing.

i'm just going for the bigger tire on the back for the look, i don't do any crazy driving so handling is NOT huge to me, i'm more worried about ride quality and looks

Just chiming in, in regards to the handling with a staggered set up. I have 245's in the front and 275's in the rear and I have not experienced any noticeable decline in handling, in fact I have noticed a significant increase in handling but that is probably a result of my Z rated tires hugging the road better. You will notice a difference in acceleration with the bigger wheels and tires. They obviously weigh more than your OEM wheels so you will suffer in performance off the start. I'm not taking my car to the track and I don't go around trying to race anyone so I don't care. I love the staggered look and have gotten many compliments on the car. Do whatever "YOU" like and don't pay too much attention to other people's comments when it comes to aesthetics. Everyone has an opinion. Oh and I agree those ebay wheels look nice but remember..."YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". When they crack from the first pothole or curb you run over you will kick yourself.

imo those cast $300 wheels maybe affordable but in the long run , since they can't handle potholes or bumprs whatsoever... I say spring for something more durable

im running 8.5 front and 9.5 rear with spacers and they dont rub at all... so if you don't mind stretching your tires a little you shouldn't have any problems. try going with 235/35/19 for front and rear.

heres some pic's of my car with the 19's staggered.
