before i get flamed fellas i did do a search and i wasnt able to find the info i needed to i pray you may enlighten my poor soul!!

i have decided to put some 20's on the TL, and i will be dropping it with the H&R Sport package 1.3/1.4 or something like that..... now comes the dilemma. i have read in many a thread that the drop would put way too much pressure on the stock shocks which would invariably cause them break down in a very short period of time. So from what ive seen its better to just replace the whole sheebang with aftermarket shocks/struts as you will..... Dont mean to be a cheapskate but the prices from some of these aftermarket shocks ive seen are beyong ridiculous!!!! koni yellow $300 just for the front!!

*QUESTION* Has anybody gone a cheaper alternative, another company/brand or will all shocks for the tl run in this price range?? PLEASE HELP! And if you have found something a little more decent in price... how much did you pay?
