Aspector Gadget

I have the '04 aspec wheels and recently had my A1 service (which includes a tire rotation). Since then I have been experiencing a LOT of noise. At highway speeds it is very loud and high pitched whining.

Will this go away as the tires wear more? Or am I stuck with this?

Do you have just the Aspec wheels and tires or the whole package? If you only have the rims and tires, after doing some research, I found that the Yokohama Avs100 tires do give a nice flat firm feel to the car, but the build quality and customer satisfaction is very low with these tires and they should be avoided. They are known to start making noise if you don't micromanage your air pressure and alignment. Next time around, look into something else. I have 15k miles and IM already though 2 sets from the noise !!!! ( I still had more than 1/2 the tread life on the the first set when they were taken off and still have 1/2 the life on the current set that keeps my radio volume up to mask the noise!) I am currently researching for myself an alternative Performance Summer Tire.

I have the whole Aspec package and there is a hush hush issue with the A-spec suspension that ruins the tires, so that could be your problem as well.
