I need to buy a set of tire chains for my '05 TL just in case they are required as traction devices going across one of the Cascade passes. The manual says to use only SAE Class S cable-type traction devices with rubber type tensiones. Where can I find these? [FONT=Arial]

 

costco has them in the correct size

 

I looked in Costco and all they had was link-type chains. I don't think there is enough clearance for these. I bought a set of cable chains at Schucks for $39, in case I have to go over one of the passes. Hopefully, I won't need them here in the Puget Sound lowlands.

 

The dealer told me strictly to purchase cables like you said earlier. I would not use the chains as they may damage something. Just my thought.
