Was thinking

of getting the A-spec suspension. My dealer quoted me $290 for the install. He also suggested getting a wheel alignment that's $70.
Do you consider these to be fair prices?

I paid $500 (I think) for full a-spec install, it seems to be a fair rate. The alignment - I would wait till after you get the car back to see if it needs it or not. Some people here have said they did not need it; however, after my install I needed it...

$70.00 is a pretty fair price for an alignment from an Acura dealer ..

$290 for the springs is fair as well, considering again that it's an Acura dealership.

Seems like a fair quote.

I paid only $120 cdn ($95 US) for install of my TEIN basic coilovers and it took only 1.5hr. Should not take more time then that!!

One mechanic installed your Tein coilovers in 1.5 hours? Damn, that's smoking fast and it's probably unrealistic to expect others to duplicate it. I installed my A-Spec suspension and have a pretty good idea what it takes. The Teins are more work and require more equipment (spring compression). You got a really good deal.
