Are These Foose Speedsters?

1.Brand of Rim - Foose
2.Rim size (diameter and width) - 20"x8.5"
3.Offset - 34mm
4.Brand of tire - Toyo Proxes PX4
5.Tire size - 225/35/20
6.Drop Type and Amount - None
7.Do they rub - No rubbing
8. Transmission type - 5AT
i know these below are foose speedsters(19"x8.5")
is it just the size of the rim and offset that makes the first picture look so much different than the second picture? or does foose have a new wheel out i don't know about.......didn't see anything new on his site

My second question is, would a 245/35/20 tire fit with that size rim and offset without rubbing? I need the tire/wheel experts on this one. I'm dumbfounded.
I realize it will throw the speedo off, and keep in mind that it would be going on an automatic, and not a manual.
