You can get them to fit, depending on your suspension setup. If you are down too low, they won't fit, and if you don't roll your fenders, you will have rubbing issues.

yea I can imagine how far these would stick out being 19x9.5 & 19x10 et22.

I remember seeing one 3rd gen tl done up w/ 9.5's front and 10.5's rear and it looks sick, Just curious too know if the offset is in the right range

The offsets are WAY too low for the TL. I fooled around with +30mm offsets on our TL when I was fiddling around with rims. +30mm sat pretty flush with the fenders. +22mm would stick out significantly.

don't forget the hub center bore... if they were made for a mustang it will require some very good searching to find the rings with the proper inner diameter with the mustang outer diameter
