Tenzo cuzco rims 18x9 inch rims for less than 1,000. Does this sound too good to be true?

Don't know the color of your car, but it should look something like this. 18x9 with a 35 offset with A-Spec suspension. Tires are 245/40/18! I payed $850.00 for the set, brand new. tires are Achilles Sport, $440.00 for the set of 4!
