Teins Basic Problems
I bought the coilovers almost a year ago. I had them installed by a local shop with no problems at the time. I recently had to get a camber kit for the rear because of balding in the insides of the tires. After the kit was installed, the rear seemed like they were raised about a quarter of a inch. I originally had an inch and a half drop front and back.
When I brought the car home to adjust the height as before, the coilover on the right was on the last thread. It could not be lowered anymore, but the rear on the left side had plenty of threads left. The rears were only at an inch and a quarter drop, whereas it was an inch and a half before. Even the front threads on the coilovers didn't match from left to right either, but they still could be adjusted.
Has anyone ever heard of this?

are u asking why the individual shocks aren't level? if u drop your car with an even drop all around after measuring, you'll find that even though the car is level on all 4 wheels the amount of threads aren't the same for all of the shocks due to the weight distribution of the car. also, tein shocks sag so that will contribute to the thread height being off also.

If there is an actual problem with the tein shock - they can rebuild it in LA for you at good price-
I would look in the phonebook for a tire and performance place that does corner weighting- that sets the car on 4 scales and you can balance the weight shift and set the height
There could be something off because the camber kit install- was it aligned after?

uhh if the rear right is already on the bottom thread then u won't be able to lower it any further. i have seen tl's with tein ss's dropped to the bottom thread and the wheel was tucking pretty far under the fender so your drop should be way more than 1.25". i would try calling or emailing tein and see what they say.
actually, i would remove the camber kit and then try seeing if u can adjust the shock height. dudes on this website that know a lot more than i do say that u don't need a camber kit, u just need to make sure that u get an alignment after u get dropped to correct the toe which will grind your tires down a lot faster than just having negative camber (most random tire and wheel places that don't specifically know our car will tell u first thing that u need a camber kit).
