Red face Tein SS setting. help me out here

I did my searching around and came up with all kinds of numbers for their personal settings. Instead ill tell you guys what id like and you can help me with what to set it at.

They come with about 20k idk if that has much to do with anything.

Id like a daily driver/smooth with a "hint" (maybe a bit more) of sporty-ness ride for hitting corners pretty good.

I see some cars on the free way, some look like they're going over waves LOL (the term Boat-like), and ive seen cars hitting bumps, and I look at the driver and their necks look like its about to snap (the term ricer). I dont want either lol.

I notice you guys are using #'s also. (sorry im a newb at this) when you guys say 16/16 or 32/32, what exactly do you mean? Ive had teins before and all the way left is soft and all the way right is firm, it has clicks i guess you could say, say for instance I start from all the way left (at soft) how much clicks do I turn right? lol for front and back.

TIA

PS, I dont have EDFC and dont plan on getting it either. So id like it to be like a crock pot, set it and forget it.

just set it all the way to the stiffest setting then count 8 clicks to the softest you should be ok at that setting. to me that setting is perfect for daily driving without being too harsh and yet still be able to hang turns..... like a champ

I just put it to 112 psi front and 68 psi rear lol just kidding. I think what was mentioned above is the best setting. Did that to a friends car and he liked it.

Basics dont have the option of ride settings like the ss does.

lol maybe i phrased my question wrong. I have the basic, I just wanted to know what settings the SS would be to match the basic's specs so i could see how much softer or stiffer i could go. Its been on my mind to upgrade to the SS now that it dropped like 200-300 bucks

I usually ride at 16/16 but I have EDFC so I can stiffen it up anytime I feel like.

Christ, just set it at full "stiff". You guys make it seem like Tein's are the stiffest sh*t in the world.

Tein SS spring rates and valving from factory make the ride soft, regardless of damper setting.

I have mine set at 7 front, 9 rear.

If you turn the knobs all the way clockwise, that is full stiff, or 16. Then, turn counter-clockwise and count clicks backwards to get to the number you want to be at. GL.
