Tein SS problem. Help!
Hey guys, I just got some used coilovers with about 3k miles on them about a week ago and I've been trying to dial them in and I've found a strange problem. In the back, i'm having a lot of trouble getting both sides set to the same height. I've set the back left at a noticeably higher setting for ride height, but it's still sitting lower than the right side. I'll include some pictures so you know what I'm talking about.

if you look at the tire and the fender relative to the line on the tire, you can tell theres a bit more clearance on the right. Also I have the damping set to 8 in the rear.
anybody know why this could be happening and what I can do to fix it?

It's a little hard to tell, but it does look off. I'm not sure what could be causing the difference.
When you adjust the collars, make sure you jack up both sides of the rear at the same time. And before you measure the height, drive the car and let the suspension settle.
Also, you may want to get an alignment if you haven't already. Sometimes if your camber is out of spec it can make the wheel gap look uneven.

It's not necessary to jack up both sides, but I've seen it recommended by several installers, and some vendors on this site that sell Tein products.
Another thing you should do is check your tire pressure and make sure it is equal all the way around.
It's never going to be perfect. Just adjust each collar independently to make the sides relatively the same height. Corner balancing is one of the benefits to having adjustable coilovers.
When you measure height, find a common place to take measurements from all corners like the center of the hub vertical to the fender.
