Hey I was wondering if anyone can help me with this or run into the same problem... I installed the Tein SS coilovers today using the tophat kit from HeelToe. I noticed the kit just came with the bushings (type S), bump stop, base hat, and base rubber. I figured that was all there was to it... even after looking at the Acuraoemparts web site suspension parts diagram... I saw that there was a collar and upper washer also on the stock suspension, but thinking that I had all the parts I needed I went ahead and installed it with the parts I had. It seemed like everything went on fine and fit. The front seems like its ok, but I get a clunking noise in the rear for any little bump and an occasional squeak... I did a search and noticed people had problems with endlinks or loose nuts, bolts but that isnt the case. Did I need that upper washer and collar? Thought I ask before I take everything apart again.

 

Yeah i'm wondering the same thing, interested in swapping making the coilovers a direct swap with oem suspension and looking for all parts for a direct swap.

Third post down i have the diagrams of front and rear suspension, just not sure if i need everthing.

As for me, I think I have to get that washer.... the tophat stack seems loose from what see when I checked.
