basics cannot adjust dampening/rebound- thats the ride comfort of how fast and hard the shocks absorb bumps- they come set medium stiff

You can adjust the ride height of the car with both basic and SS

The SS has 16 position adjustment on the comfort from softer than stock to racer stiff, and there is an electronic controller with 4 small motors to adjust the shock dampening while on the road
