Suspension or Wheels?

Suspension or Wheels?
Hello all,
Just need some prodding on what to get. Unfortunately Uncle Sam don't pay me enough to buy all the stuff i want so i have to settle for bits and pieces at one time. So here is where i stand. My NPB TL-S is currently on a boat coming to me. When she gets here i want to give her a few reunion gifts. Problem is which one.
First i was looking at Ron Jon's Legends Satin Black 19'' x 8''.
Second was full suspension set-up from Heel Toe. HT-Spec V. IIs, Progress RSB and Camber kit.
Third is RV6 full exhaust (HFPC + J-Pipe + Exhaust)
There can only be one... opinions??

Eventually i want all three done. With Richies stuff its really the quality and sound that his j-pipes and cats that i like. Not much of a power guy but the aesthics of the exhuast note while driving on Nimitz is nutz. As for handling... i'm getting the RSB either way. I guess i'm a spirited grocery getter driving around hawaii's mountain roads. Just typing this though seems like i got nothing to say about the wheels besides that it makes the car look good.... okay suspension or exhuast??

noise/power??? or happy cornering?
i went for happy cornering. well actually i went for cool looking wheels after year one of ownership. then by year 5 i finally did my happy cornering mod to compliment my cool wheels.
on the fence for the power and noise mod. what do you want first?
seriously, my vote goes for suspension, then wheels, then noise and power. if you go lower first, the new wheels will then compliment the suspension. the noise and power part will add to the fun.

If you're going for looks first, do the wheels. If you're not that excited about aesthetics, then it's a toss-up.

Suspension first. I got wheels first and that was a huge mistake.

Okay.... The ht-spec has two spring options. The Asian spring option and the Eiback ERS springs. Anyone have experience between the two? Oh and I'm getting the rv-6 and suspension. I'll wait for tax season for the rims n tires. Early Xmas here I co e!!
