Suspension - TL 6MT vs. TL-S 6MT

Suspension - TL 6MT vs. TL-S 6MT
ATTENTION: this is strictly for 3rd gen 6MT cars, not the AT version
According to the Acura TL catalog the suspension parts used are the same type.
I know that the 6MT has factory tuned stiffer suspension setup and also equipped with larger sway bar in the rear compare to the AT version. I know it does the same with the TL-S AT and the TL-S MT.
My ultimate question is: Does the TL 6MT have the same suspension setup as the TL-S 6MT? Please try to provide accurate information rather than opinions. I need to know the fact on this. I appreciate your help.... meow meow

rubaduckie, I'm talking about the 6MT cars. The regular TL 6MT has stiffer suspension setup than the TL AT cars. I would like to know if the 6MT has the same suspension tuning and the spec on the sway bar as the TL-S 6MT.
And yes, the MT version does not exist in the '07 TL model. I was talking about the 06 model on the MT vs. the 07 TL-S MT. Sorry for the confusion.

Rather than me doing a lot of checking and maybe not giving you what you need, here's the links to the 2006MT and the 2007 Type S and you can check it all out.
I'll give you a hint, though. The rear sway bar is the same part number for both.
Let us know what you find out.

Ron A, my car isn't broke. I don't need any replacement parts for my gaskets or air filter... nah j/k Thanks for try to help me anyway.
The '07 TL/TL-S catalog I'm reading has some good info on the suspension and stablizer settings for both front and rear. Dang I wish I had the '06 Catalog for the TL 6MT. arggg....
I know that even if the parts are the same the tuning may also be different. I'm gonna go find the data for '06 catalog.... I will be on request for the search. I be back!~

Yo Kitty-Cat, your car is a lease right? You lookin' for this to help make up your mind on the new one? In a couple of years, this may all drastically change anyway. Know what I mean? But still, for now, a call to service may give ya the 411 you need sugar...

No, darksome1, it has nothing to do what car I want to buy next.
I want to know what my car is equipped with as far as the part and setting in the suspension goes compare to the '07 TL-S 6MT. There is no relation as to deciding what car I'm planning to purchase next.

The suspensions are completely different by part number...
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2006 6MT:
51601-SEP-A16 SHOCK ABSORBER ASSY., R. FRONT.
51602-SEP-A16 SHOCK ABSORBER ASSY., L. FRONT.
(2) 52610-SEP-A14 SHOCK ABSORBER ASSY., REAR
It also uses softer upper strut bushings:
(8) 51631-SV7-004 RUBBER, FR. FORK MOUNTING
Swaybars:
Rear (20mm) 52300-SEP-A11 SPRING, RR. STABILIZER
Front (27.2 Hollow) 51300-SEP-A01 SPRING, FR. STABILIZER
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2007 TL-S 6MT:
51601-SEP-A19 SHOCK ABSORBER ASSY., R. FRONT
51602-SEP-A19 SHOCK ABSORBER ASSY., L. FRONT.
(2) 52610-SEP-A17 SHOCK ABSORBER ASSY., REAR.
Stiffer upper bushing:
(8) 51631-SEP-A01 RUBBER, FR. SHOCK ABSORBER MOUNTING
Swaybars:
Rear (20mm) 52300-SEP-A11 SPRING, RR. STABILIZER
Front (27.2 SOLID) 51300-SEP-A21 SPRING, FR. STABILIZER
__________________________________________________ _______________
As you can see by the part number differences, the ONLY part that's the same between the 2 is rear swaybar. The TL-S is reported to have a notably stiffer suspension than the 2006, and the part numbers seem to reflect that.

I have bolded, color texted, and underlined the words that are important and those are exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.
It is a fact that the '06 MT has stiffer suspension setup than the '06 AT version.
I am happy to see that the '06 MT uses the same Sway bar and its setting measurements.
I see the difference noted "hollow" and "solid" on the stablizer bar. '06 6MT and '07 TL-S 6MT respectively.
Good to know that the shock absorbers are different part too.
Based on what I have read I think it's safe to conclude the following:
From best to worst, in terms of ride stiffness/responsiveness in overall handling:
1) '07 TL-S 6MT
2) '06 TL 6MT
3) '07 TL-S AT
4) '06 TL AT
Anybody has objection?
btw, thank you for such powerful information..

First of all, the information posted by Kennedy and ChuckDu was very helpful to me.
