Any difference in the 5AT tl-s and 6MT tl-s suspension? My shocks are getting worn out I think and I am planning to buy a set of oem suspension from a local member with a 6mt TL-s. I know the shocks have the same part number but the front springs don't. Does that mean the 6mt tl-s springs are softer? Since it's slightly lighter in weight, it must have softer springs so it can maintain the same height. I guess what I'm trying to ask is, has anyone tried putting the tl-s 6mt suspension on a tl-s 5at

 

Just to add, the A/T has different front springs L & R, while the M/T calls for the same spring each side. I would change the front springs over just to be sure, and as you mentioned, rears the same. Shocks will last a long time, so make certain yours are kaput before considering the change.

 

well it seems a bit more bouncy than before....I mean I know its not blown or anything but I can tell its not as good as it should be.

 

Than why go used?...go new, so you know for sure is going to ride like you expected to.......
