what do you guys think should be just the $ labor charge for installation of 4 struts on my 05 TL? (I already have the struts purchased)

My car has 64,000 miles, when do you know they are due for a change?

They are usually due at around 60-70k, but it ultimately depends on your driving habits. Labor charge shouldn't exceed $300, though that is on the high side. You will also have to get an alignment when done due to the shifting of the suspension from unbolting and rebolting. Make sure you get a 4 wheel thrust alignment, which is around $80.
