Strut tower bar questions
I received my RV6 strut tower bar (it's looks great, a quality part) and the install was super strait forward. Took me about 25-35 minutes for the install and that includes 5 minutes of cursing when I broke my shitty 12mm socket.
Anyways, my question is, since at one point, all the bolts were off the top of the strut, will I need a re-alignment? I wasn't too sure if this can put me out of alignment, I wouldn't imagine that it does, but I figured I'd ask.
I also installed this on a surface where the car was on a slight sideways grade. Will this make any sort of difference? I'm thinking about going back out, finding a flat spot, loosening then re-tightening everything.
Last question, I tightened everything up, but what are the torque specs on the 12mm and 17mm bolts? Thanks!

The strut bar comes with tabs for all the little nonsense peripherals. So you can mount everything back up, but you don't really have to.
BTW Mglax, you're alignment will be fine. The fact that you mounted it on a mild angle...oh no!
You're fine man, don't worry about it.

Thanks everyone for putting my worries to rest.
As for the crap attached to the bar, everything is just as supported without the bar, so not a problem. The fuse box is supported by the one bolt closest to the front wheel of the car, so it's holding on fine. If I ever find this to be a problem, I'll JB weld the bracket onto the bar and bolt everything back up.
