Stock rim discoloration?
I noticed one of my stock wheels is discolored near the edge. It looks like bubbles or circles, no damage just looks like the finish is messed up. Anyone else seen this? Would this be covered by warranty?

Looks like tire wet spray leaked onto the rim also.

I've never used any wet spray on the tires, but I did buy the car used. It looks like it almost etched the finish.
