Steering feel

I have a question to a few Tl'ers out there. I have a question about steering feel. I have a slight dislike to how soft the steering feels on the TL. I was wondering if anyone has found a way to stiffen up the wheel a bit so I can feel a lot more what is going on in the front wheels. My old cars have had no power steering so I am used to feeling the road. Don't get me wrong the power steering is a great luxury but it feels dampened too me. I was wondering if anything can give you more of this "feel" between driver and road. I know on some Toyota's there is a valve on the rack you can adjust but I dunno if Acuras have this. Also I am not asking about stiffening the front suspension as I already know what is required.

Thanks

I was thinking the same thing and all I can come up with is drop in an 07 TL Type-S Rack into our Base 04's.

Only way I know of to do this would be to remove the PS. I did this on my other car and love it, however I won't be doing it on the TL.

Yea I am trying my best not to remove PS in the car. I just want the wheel to feel a litte tighter. Not go over a bump and the car bump steers that direction.

Same here. It took some getting used to but I like driving sideways too much and FWD keeps me from doing it in the daily driver so it's a plus for me.
