A-Spec suspension install

So my 07 Type S has about 75k miles and im starting to think about replacing the coils with the A-Spec for the slight drop and increase in stiffness and handling. i was wondering:

1. reasonable cost if i pay to have it installed at
A. dealer
B. Indy shop

2. rough number of hours for install (dealer quoted like 2 to 2.5 for front and 2.5 for back for a total of 4.5 to 5 hours)

trying to save some money on the install or at least plan it out because ill need brakes soon, and new summer tires mid summer and timing belt at 100k not to mention wanting a J-Pipe to go with my exhaust.

i spend alot of time in the car and expect to put on 15 to 20k miles this year and want to make the ride a bit more fun. thanks guys

I got a quote from Sears automotive for $60 a corner. They also said that was the initial estimate, but if they run into problems it could be more. My A-spec suspension arrived today. What part of NE are you from?

I don't know what the book time is for the job but I mentioned in another thread if it was when I was still working at a shop I would bill for around 4 hours.

Congrats on your new setup. Im thinking about ordering this soon. Where did you all get your kit and how much was it? I found it on ebay for 600 and thats the cheapest I could find for the MT kit. Also was a lot of ride comfort sacrificed for handling? Thanks

Right here brother http://www.oemacuraparts.com/oem-par...08w60-sep-202a

Takes 5 to 6 business days from the time you initiate the order. California company, but the kit will ship out of Georgia.

^the 202a kit is for the automatic. I would get the 201-b which is designed for the manual for a little more drop

Believe it or not Sears automotive. They have a set rate of 56 a corner. The install was very clean. No issues with the back seat, the rear dash. Clean install, nice price. When you call them let them know it's OEM plug and play. All one piece each corner.

Stephen is right. My bad, I linked it incorrectly. I went with the 201-B and you probably should too.

I called 6 different Sears yesterday and none of them would install my Konis and H&R because they weren't purchased from Sears, nor are they Monroe shocks.

Emerald Square Mall - North Attleboro, MA. They also installed my Eibach springs on my 04 5 years ago.

Where in NE are you located?
