Spacers and hub bore, HELP!

they make hub spacers to fit so basically you would need a 3mm hub spacer to slide in there to make sure it will fit tight.... if u run it without nothing bad will happen u just might get vibrations if the rims are not set exact... most aftermarket rims come with larger hub bores then they ask u what car you have and send you a plastic ring insert to put in the rims hub that way u are hubcentric

stay away from CHEAP spacers...
And find one that is your hubcentric. That's the point.

Thread resurrection! Thinking about handing down my 17" 5 spoke stockies to my son to put on his Camry. allows me to get some 18" aftermarkets. Toyota/Lexus center bore is 60.1. Per the above posts the TL has a 64.1 center bore, can anyone confirm that is accurate? (You would think this basic info would be in a sticky, but thats another story)
What do I need to achieve this? hubcentric rings 64.1 to 60.1? are the rings really necessary? try them first and see about vibrations?
Stock camry wheels are 45 offset. the TL stockies are 45 as well correct?

That's it...go online and search for 64.1 to 60.1 hub centric ring. Should bolt right up...most new wheels are lug centric too...meaning when you tighten down...it'll center...but I'd be safe and avoid future frustrations. All the ring does is keep the wheel perfectly centered while you torque down.
