Not that I don't believe him. I just always thought it was 12mm. I don't know where I got this from. I probably got confused with something else.

Yes it is a 19mm. There is no way in hell it would ever be a 12mm your wheels would probably fall off.

19mm is the nut head, and I think 12 is the bolt diamter. So that would be equiv to the inner diamter of the nut.
