Should These Fit Nicely?

I was considering some wheels for my TL that I just bought (yea for me!). Anyway I was looking for something different but its really hard to find exactly the wheel that just right off the bat wows me. (I am sure you all feel the same way, those of you that have wheels).

At any rate I found one in particular that I like and I wanted you alls honest opinions about fitments, size, and anything you can think of (even if you hate em).

Here they are:

19X8 5-114.3 +40 Offset

I want to know if these are going to stick out of the wheel well or not (I don't think they will but who knows I am not too good with these offset figures)

TIA

BTW, I have Anthracite for the car color so I thought these would go well. I am also considering the eibach pro-kit for lowering that gap between the car and the tire.

Hey, I kinda like those. I've been set on the sf challenges, but that konig wheel looks good with the carbon fiber look on the spokes.

I think they will look good on anthracite. I wonder about NBP as well. Did it say what the weight of the wheels are in the specs?

Those look pretty nice. I like them!! 35mm will sit flush with the fenders. So 40mm won't stick out.

Why do you ask? I put a set of 05 TL 5 spoke wheels on my 07 TL-S and they didn't hit. Just curious, not trying to piss you off. NEWBIE

the reason they fit is bec those wheel are MADE to fit over the brembos... not jus the 07s have brembo's.. all of the 6M/T from 04+ have them.. autos dont..

Actually these should fit just fine and I love the anthracite accents on the insides.

They are +45 offset and 19 X 8.5 (should be ok I think)

yea I used to be just a 18" person myself but now that the TL is a little bigger than any other car that I have had I am going 19" rubber is a little more but its going to be worth it when I am lowered on h-techs and get my stoptech stage 2 brake upgrades

ya the konigs I am still edgy about because of their supposed difficulty to clean and maintain. The axis's however are really sweet imo

I am curious to see how those Konigs would look on a TL. I suspect that those might be one of those wheels that look ricey and gaudy by themselves, but once you put them on the car, look nice...

I agree! It's a royal Pain. I like a nice lip on my wheels and prefer chrome (just my taste). Trying to buy classy rims that don't look ghetto or too rice and well, here I am, still no rims. At least I just ordered my RONJON bodykit, which now I will be forced to make a decision on some wheels or I will feel like my baby's naked.

I was in the same exact boat as you bro...and i decided to go with these...

they literally break necks everywhere you go...people would pull up beside me and just stare at them lol....whenever i drive past a group of people, they all turn the with their jaws on the floor

thats how you know you bought the right wheels

simple, clean, deep polished lip, 2-piece =

My boys car has 19" volk GTS and it doesn't get half the attention these do

SORRY I just can't believe it! Originally I wanted a 5 spoke wheel with a silver lip and a silver painted face. Then I saw a few very nice Mesh type wheels. I really like the 5 Zigen Sports Engine. I also like the guy with the white TL with the staggered 20" WHEELS, but 20" is I was starting out looking for 18" wheels, and decided to go up to 19" because people said to. NOW I SEE the Beautiful Rays Lexion 203's. THATS what I was really looking for at first.

IS there a wheel that is a 5 spoke like the Lexion 203 with a painted silver face and a polished lip. Without all kinds of weird creases or curves? Just a smooth clean design like Lexion 203's... I always liked the AMG LOOK.

WOW, I just took a ton af Melatonin and Valalian root so I can calm down and go to bed soon. This is as bad as deciding on a Home theater projector!
