Using KYB application guide for struts:
ACURA TL
2004-05 ALL Front 341330 Rear 341331

The following are the same:
Accord
2006-07 ALL (Exc. Hybrid) Front 341330
2005-07 Hybrid Front 341330
2005 ALL (Exc. Hybrid) Front 341330 Rear 341331
2003-04 ALL Front 341330 Rear 341331

Springs are another matter

The 03-07 Accord shocks fit but you need a washer in the rear.

Just make sure you get shocks for hte V6 Accord like TOKICO sells (which we also sell) since they will be valved differently due to the heavier engine.

I would think it would be the same for springs as well. I'm not sure what the difference in weight is between the K24 and the J32 but I'm sure the J weighs a little bit more, so the spring rates should be different between the I4 Accord and the V6 Accord. So I would stick with springs for the V6 as well if they are in fact different.
