Safe to Remove Snows?
I'm really itchin' to removemy snow tires. I live in MN. What is the general rule for taking of the snows??? I'm new to the whole snow tire game. Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Thanks.
I'm in Chicago and I'm getting my all-seasons on for at least another 3 weeks. If you are going to a summer only tire than you have to consider temperatures too. I've been swapping between summer and all-season tires for a long time, I usually do it on all my cars. I've found that I usually do the swaps in late Oct and mid/late April.

Thanks for the reply HiTEC. I just switched the Blizzaks to a brand new set of stock michelins and rims I bought off of ebay. I did it because I found a website with historical data for MN snowfall and it looks like the chances of getting anything over an inch in MN is mostly past us. I guess we'll see what happens. Spring fever has gotten the best of me
Edit - Looks like the tires I'm putting on are the ones you have been running all winter. I think I'll be fine!
