rust on inner disc brakes

rust on inner disc brakes
I'll take a pic of this but all my brakes have rust (damn ugly) on the inner part of the disk. I'm surprised it's this bad, for this type of car.
I'm thinking about sanding the rust away, and spraypainting it with some heat resisting rust paint. I know brakes rust but with application of the brakes this rust is removed by the calipers. This is in the inner part.
Anybody else have this issue...

i had the same problem and it was really noticable after i put my rims on.... i went to autozone and got dupli color brake caliper paint in black... it comes with a cleaning spray and a small container of paint and a brush.. just take the wheel off and paint it.. it was super easy and it looks 1000% better.... i painted the rear caliper and the rotor hub
