Ron's wheels are really good quality and look amazing. Fitment is just like stock! I've only heard of 1 complaint with his wheels and that was because the owner was an idiot and didn't know how to take care of chrome wheels.

Talk with Ron Jon and mention you are from acurazine; he usually can get a really good price on wheels if you try to negotiate and are nice about it vs. demanding a lower price.

Yes going to order them tomorrow (payday) also think I'm going to go with the 18s instead of the 19s, Get a little better ride quality and rims and tires are quiet a bit cheaper. My question is tires. I don't know what to go with?? Thinking maybe 6-800 dollar range..and should I go with a 40 series tire? someone at work suggested I go with Kumho? I want something that is somewhat of a performance tire but also one that does well in rain since it rains 80% of the time here in Oregon.

I just purchased a set of RJ's, and I chose 235/40/18's. They're only 2 millimeters off the stock 235/45/17's diameter.

A 245/40/18 tire would fit nicely on your new wheels. If you are in Oregon and don't have a set of dedicated snow tires, I'd suggest you go with the Continental DWS tires. They will plow through a few inches of snow and as well deliver a VERY soft ride. Downside is that the sidewall is a bit soft so the steering won't feel as precise like with a summer tire.

If you do have a set of dedicated snow tires, I'd look at the continental DW (love mine on the 760), the Nitto Invo.

csmeance, why do you recommend a 245 tire, when stock ones are 235? Just curious; I assumed when looking for mine that it was best to keep them as close to stock as possible.

a 245 tire is wider by 10mm or 1cm and thus helps give a little more protection for the edge of the rim. When you are spending over 1k for a set of wheels, I'd do my best to protect them and putting on a slightly wider tire gives you more room for protection against hitting a curb and getting curb rash.

Thanks for your tire suggestions csmeance. But think I'm going to go with Hankook Ventus V12 Evo http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....s+V12+evo+K110

Father in law works for a tire place and can get me a good deal on them and they look like a decent tire.

I ran ronjon servos on my tsx for awhile.
Rons a good man even though he had some issues with a lot people. Hes has helped me through a bunch of bent rims.

I say their pretty strong the rim itsself doesn't bend but the mirror face on the servos break due to the weakest point on the rim.

I've had my RJ Legends on for quite a while now...love these wheels! Spent a year or so searching for wheels in my budget and I've been very happy with the choice of Raven Black machined in 18". They look like 19's, but I don't have to worry as much about rim damage. Great wheels IMO, and Rondy is very easy to work with. Great service too.
