Rims for '06 Anthracite TL?
Rims for '06 Anthracite TL?
Need opinions on rims im very undecided and need a few other opinions. i have a 2006 anthracite tl with tinted headlights and tailights with black liscense plate holders along with black acura emblems and tints. Because of the style my car is leaning towars(more of a blacked out look) i was thinking maybe a black set of rims, gunmetal, or black and chrome. Any personal opinions or rims anyone has seen that might look good on my whip? thanks.
Gunmetal 18x9.5" concave faced rotas is my vote. They are light weight and cheap 950.00 or less. I have a pic of the Rota Toques I'm getting and another member has concave Grid's (Volk TE-37 copies).
Here are the Torque's... (the one on right and left)

Rota Grids...

There are more with concave look if you'd like to see.

Tibz, check out RonJons. Very classy looking wheels.

I've been researching rims for my TL for about 2 weeks now and I can give you a few suggestions that stood out to me. Google these names with "acura tl" in front of it.
Axis Penta
Axis Super Hiro
Tenzo
TSW Snetterton
TSW Carthage
The list goes on... Your best bet is to go to a wheel site such as 1010tire or wheelsnext and just look through allll the choices until you find something you like and see if that wheel comes in our lug application.
Also, don't forget that offset will come into play when considering the way the car actually sits. There are alot of variables to consider, so take your time and do your research! Good luck!
EDIT: Your rim choice is also highly determined by your budget! If you can afford them, look for TE37's. Do a search on here and you'll see why!

I have 19" Tenzo wheels that i got brand new for 300.00 from a guy on craigslist. I cant remember the name but they are black with chrome lip. I am starting to love the concave look but i get A LOT of compliments on these.
