i have the infamous curb rub on my rear passenger side wheel rim. its not noticable unless you bend down to look at it. is there a touchup paint available for the stock tl rims? or if someone has the name/paint code for the rim that would be great. i was thinking of getting the SSM touchup paint from the dealer, but i dont think that would work to well.

This has been discussed to death here in the past. Do a search. I think SSM matches the color but I don't think Acura (or Honda) make touchup paint in spray cans. To my knowledge a suitable spray paint paint has not been identified. If anyone has found on please do share.

If it is small then the touch up would work, if it is big then the paint and clear coat will be your best bet. BTW the SSM although close is not a good match...

thanks guys, i got the SSM touchup but am going to do a 50/50 mix with the anthracite as someone suggested, ill do some before and after pics to show the turnout

i skipped mixing the ssm with the anthracite and went straight to it. i used painters tape as a guide. the results werent the best but it is a bit better
