rim question

i just bought a set of 19x7.5 c5 racing harts with 225/35/19 nittos and i haven't dropeed it yet. But when i was driving today with three passengers i heard the tires rub on something. Could it have been my fender? the back sides only. When i put the rims on i thought it kind of stuck out too much because i wanted them to tuck. I'm not sure what the offset is but the shop said that i'm gonna have to roll my fenders and there nothing else they can do. They said that that's one thing i have to compensate for for having 19 inch rims. is anyone else having similar problems or any suggestion you have, id really appreciated.

those probably came in the 44 offset, which is okay but not great. imagine if you got 235 tires...maybe they knew you would run into trouble because 235 is actually closer to the stock rolling diameter. the BS about the diameter is, well, BS! those 19s would fit if you got something closer to a +50mm offset. if you want to keep them, just roll or shave whatever is rubbing. lowering might help because negative camber will create more space.

It's probably the rear tab.....Do a search and you'll find pics.
