TLVR

I have looked at the Tire Rack reviews for a long time but only today discovered that they can be sorted by highest, lowest rated, most and fewest miles driven etc. This is shown in an easily overlooked section in light blue on the left side of the page. Look for it and make sure to check out the negative reviews as well in order to get a balanced picture. I realized that when you check reviews that it defaults to highest ratings always. When going thru the first 40 out of maybe 200 it ofcourse gives great reviews.I had no idea that they could be sorted otherwise. What an oversight. This can put a whole new spin on the whole thing. Based on my previous"research" of the reviews I have purchased tires from TR. The EL lasted 20K and decided to get Kumho ASX. These are now gone at 15K, very disappointing because they were supposed to last 30K plus. And so the search continues. Hopefully my oversight will help future users make better decisions than I did.
