Replacing Blown Out Tire

Replacing Blown Out Tire
I have a 2007 TL Type S (MT) that I've had for less than two months. I blew out one tire (right side front) going over a huge pothole.
I have to replace it but I'm seeing so many bad reviews for the OEM tires (Michelin HX MXM4). I don't necessarily want to spend over $200 for what people consider bad tires. Then again, I'm sure having 3 tires of one kind and one of another isn't good either (honestly I don't know).
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Check your tire warranty book for Road Hazard, it may be included
Call the Service Manager at the Dealer and ask too
You might get lucky!

Had the same dilemma. I had to spend $200 for a new EL42 Turenza even though I'm not 100% in love with them (to quote the obnoxious Cave Man) rather than replace all 4 with only 7,000 miles on them.
Page 2: The new tire brought a shimmy with it. Since I didn't get any paperwork or warranty info from the Acura dealer, I'm thinking it was probably a take-off from someone who bought a new TL but insisted on a tire upgrade.
When dealing with the stealership, keep your eyes wide open and don't drop the soap.

Make sure your wheel is OK and not bent, too.
