Replacement shocks

Typically stock shocks last 60-100k. When your car starts getting more bouncy and looking a Cutlass Ciera going down the road, it's time for new shocks. I'd recommend TOKICO HP (replacement shock valved slightly more aggressively than stock) or KYB GR2 (if you want a replacement shock).

Shocks will last varying mileage, from 50K to 200K depending on where you drive and how you drive. One member drove 220K of highway miles on his factory shocks that were perfectly fine! Another drove 50K in NYC before blowing out 3 of his shocks.
In short, just like Excelerate said, when the car is bouncing around like a cutlass and is very bouncy the car needs new shocks.

Just as a heads up, I've seen some listings on eBay by Acura dealers getting rid of their A-Spec suspension kits for ~$630 (AT and MT ones). It's fully assembled as well, which will save you quite a lot in terms of labor.
I just put a set in myself (it was $600 when I bought mine) to check it out since it was so cheap, and I needed to replace my shocks since the original ones were 60% gone after 95k miles or so. It's a really good deal; you'll definitely notice a difference from your stock setup. I'd recommend it to you, unless you've already got another kit in mind.
