Rear toe arm squeak and camber questions

ok so couple questions....

factory toe arm was shot bought a new one from acura and after two installs of it it still squeaks loud like high pitched on every crack in the road. (never heard anything like it)
so i bought the ingalls rear kit today. correct me if im wrong but this will replace that factory arm that is squeaking??
should solve the issue right?

will my acura dealer take it back even though it was installed but was faulty IMO? no reciept either didnt think they would sell me a broke part.

next question had an ebay upper arm camber kit for 1k miles. its shot so i bought the ingalls.
but the ingalls are the lower arms so do i just put my stock upper arms back in and run the ingalls lower arms?
i assume so but would like the right answer i'm sick of wasting money and want to get it right...
