Rear lower control arms

I just bought an 05 MT, 61,000 miles, one owner. I owned Audi A-8's before and just wanted to get out of those German nightmares so I bought this TL. Brought it to an Acura dealer for an alignment and was told I need rear lower control arms. The service writer was friendly and told me I could buy aftermarket ones that are adjustable versus the OEM's that are not. Does anyone have any experience with the aftermarket control arms and either's installation? I will be doing the install. Thanks.

Is your car lowered? What were the camber measurements?

It's possible that the adjusting bolt/nut is frozen so they/you will cut the arm off and do the replacement.
