Far from a suspension expert, but don't forget that when the TL is lowered, because of the rear suspension, upper/lower arms, the alignment can be set to factory specs with camber/toe kits, but under real world driving conditions the camber changes drastically from OE with more positive camber.

Wavy might = a bit of a toe out and its hunting. Did they give you a sheet showing the before + after settings?

Your toe is out compared to your front. It may be straight but is your wheel straight? They should set the toe to 0.00 on either side. doesn't matter if its 0.22 and even

the front toe is pretty good. rear toe can be adjusted closer.

caster is not adjustable

camber won't usually make it wavy or floaty. And 1 degree of negative camber is probably "desired".

If you can't hit zero on the the front toe, then go negative on both left and right sides. And they wont be able to hit zero unless they are lucky.
