Has anyone here ever had experience with these or even heard of them? I've tried googling but came up with foreign websites or sites with little information on them. Reason I am asking is because I need new tires and these have a good deal for a wheel+tire package from a shop in California.

Remember, there's a reason why they are cheap. Tires are THE ONLY thing between you and the road, don't get shitty ones.
