r tenzo rims strong enough for NY?
r the tenzo's strong enough for the NY Potholes. I bent a stock 99tlp rim on the cross BX minfields. I want 18s. anyone in the NY area with Tenzos?

Had some 17's Tenzo AV7s. Hit a big pothole going about 30mph.. bubbled the sidewall of the Toyo Proxess and bent the outer lip. Still held air fine tho. However I was running 205-40-17's at the time...
Tenzos are cheap wheels. The finish started to peel while the guy was mounting the tire.. I would not buy those again imo.
