Question about 20" asantis rubbing

I put on a set of 20" asanti's on my tl yesterday. When I'm driving there fine but when I hit a bump or traintracks they rub in back and mayb the front, Do I need to cut the wheel well to stop this? Does anyone else have this problem with 20"?

More importantly, what is the offset (+35?) and the width of those wheels (8.5-inches?) + the width of the tires (i.e. 245's). The profile itself is a "very minor" factor compared to these other basic details

do you have a rear aspec kit? When I had 20's I needed to trim a little area off the well part of the aspec kit.

you need to use a 245-30-20 or 235-30-20 and you should not rub even with the mild aspec lowering

He's probably got a small offset like a +20 or something and they are sticking outta the sides like a frog (I HATE it when people do that to cars). Just kidding about it but if you do have the smaller tires, then your offset must be too low if you are still rubbing. If so, it's not anything you can fix with parts. You either have to shave your hub (not easy to do right) or may need to roll your fenders.
